Standard shipping via USPS is 2-3 business days. We typically ship out next business day on all orders.
What if I hate my shirt?
We get it, sometimes the shirt just doesn't work like we thought it would. Fear not, we're happy to exchange or refund all non-worn (outside of try ons) garments!

My order never arrived, what do I do?
Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this. Shoot us an email at webstore@pinecove.com and we'll be happy to investigate and make things right.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Having a Shopify profile does make checkout and order tracking much easier, but you certainly don't need one to checkout!
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Absolutely! As soon as we fulfill your order, you'll automatically receive an email or text (whichever you select at checkout) that has everything you need.
